JUNO provides the content and services that are available on the Site, subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”).

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy that is incorporated into the Site.

Likewise, the user declares they are of legal age and have sufficient legal standing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the Privacy Policy that are incorporated into the Site.

For the foregoing, we ask that the user carefully read our Privacy Policy concerning the provisions on the Protection of Personal Data. As it is incorporated into the Site, it becomes part of the Terms and Conditions that regulate its use.

1. Obligations and responsibilities of Site users.

When accessing or using the Site, the user must comply with these Terms and Conditions and any special warnings or instructions for access or use contained therein. Users must at all times act following the law, custom and the requirements of good faith, with due diligence corresponding to the nature of the information, statements or any other content or services from which they benefit. Accordingly, in providing them, JUNO makes no warranties or representations to you regarding these Terms of Conditions or the Site, including, for merely illustrative purposes, warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent that such representations and warranties cannot be excluded by law.

The user agrees that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JUNO will not be responsible or liable in any way for:

(a) business interruption;
(b) delays or interruptions in access to the Site;
(c) the non-delivery, wrongful delivery, corruption, destruction or other modification of data;
(d) damages of any kind arising from operating links to sites other than the Site or from their presence on the Site;
(e) computer viruses, system failures or malfunctions that may occur in connection with your use of the Site, including through hyperlinks to or from third-party websites;
(f) the obligation to monitor or verify the information, statements or any other content or services on the Site or those of other websites which may be accessed through hyperlinks on the Site; or
(g) events that are beyond our reasonable control.

JUNO‘s sole obligation and responsibility in relation to the Site content is to remove from the Site, as expeditiously as possible, information, statements or any other content or services that are incorrect or to replace them with correct information, statements, content or services.

Provided there is compliance with the obligations described in the preceding paragraph, neither JUNO nor its managers, employees, associated entities or partners will be liable for any damages of any kind that you may incur as a result of the use of or access to, or the absence of use of or access to, the Site or any other site that may be accessed through hyperlinks on the Site. This extends to damages of any kind that you may suffer as a result of the access to or use of the content or services.

3. Activity

JUNO Genetics is a state-of-the-art laboratory specialising in genetic testing. Our mission is to provide clinically useful information of the highest quality for couples who are planning to start a family, patients undergoing fertility treatments, and for women who are already pregnant.

The innovative tests offered by JUNO Genetics are amongst the most technologically advanced and accurate available anywhere in the world.

The cutting-edge tests provided by JUNO are the result of world-class research carried out by an internationally renowned team of scientists.

4. Content and information provided on the Site

JUNO reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the Site (modifications on products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.

At JUNO we strive to make the information offered on the Site truthful and without typographical errors. In the event that at any time there is such an error, unrelated at all times to our will, its correction would be immediately made. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase decision based on such error, JUNO will inform the customer of such error and the customer will have the right to terminate their purchase at no cost on their part.

The contents of the JUNO website may sometimes display provisional information about some products. In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer will have the right to terminate his purchase at no cost on his part.

The products contained on this Site include PVP (VAT included) in the UK and EEA. Prices, measures and references are validated annually and will be updated as accurately as possible, except for typographical error or change of taxes that apply.

The presentation of the products is based on a classification criterion by means of catalogues that group category s such as PGT[A]Seq, PGT[M]Seq, PGT[SR]Seq Neo 24, etc.

5. Sales system. Order:

To make a purchase, the user must include the desired product in”cart” from the existing menu on the Web, after registration as a user in the section ORDER YOUR TEST. To do this, you can refer to the services section of the trademark for instructions on how to proceed with the registration.

The prices of the products displayed on the Site include value-added tax (VAT) that, where applicable, are appropriate to apply.

 

Once registered the steps to follow will be:

1. Order the desired Kit
2. Request and download the documentation for the selected test

3. Once the documentation is signed by the doctor and jointly with the sample, it will be sent to JUNO and we will send you a notification when the report with the results is ready. This will let the patient know the results.

4. In case you wish you can make a video consultation with our experts analyzing each case.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF THE DOCUMENTATION IS NOT SIGNED BY YOUR DOCTOR, JUNO WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE SAMPLE AND THE KIT WILL BE DISPOSED OF IF THE INCIDENT IS NOT CORRECTED IN TIME. JUNO WILL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED.

6. Method of payment:

When you place your order, you can pay for purchases made by credit or debit card. JUNO confirms your order at the time you make the payment. All payment solutions are completely secure and guaranteed by banks and financial institutions through our provider Elavon Financial Services DAC. Your bank details will not be kept under any circumstances by JUNO

7. Form, costs and shipping time:

At which address are orders delivered? Orders will be delivered to the address you indicate at the time of the request; therefore, JUNO assumes no responsibility when the delivery cannot be made as a result of the incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete data provided.

If there is an absence at the recipient’s delivery address, JUNO reserves the right to make a second delivery. In case the Kit cannot be delivered for whatever cause, JUNO will coordinate the communication between the carrier and the customer by agreeing on both on the delivery date.

If the ordered good is not available, we will inform you of this unavailability we undertake to solve the problem as soon as possible.

8. Shipping method:

JUNO takes your Kit anywhere on UK and EEA.

It is important to note that charges are calculated by shipment and not by order.

Logically, the same order can contain multiple items with different delivery dates, allowing you to choose whether you want to receive the entire order in a single shipment, or in multiple shipments.

The cost of sending the products that are sent by the logistics operator will be 15 UK pounds. In any case, in the purchase process, you can see the cost of the transport services of the orders placed. The approximate delivery time will be as indicated in the article sheet. (usually 24h-48h.)

Under current legislation, in the case of non-execution of the contract by us, because the product or service subject to the order is not available, the consumer must and will be informed of this unavailability. We are committed to solving the problem as soon as possible!!

9. Warranty:

JUNO is responsible for the guarantees legally required by current regulations.

All products have a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This Warranty includes the provisions, and the material, but according to the law of guarantee of consumer, are excluded from its coverage, the characteristics of the product, its nature, as well as damages caused by misuse thereof.

This warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, shock, improper use or tampering, improper useful by medical staff, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.

The warranty will lose its value:

– If some of the data of the same or proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced.
To make use of the warranty, it is essential to present proof of purchase.

10. Changes:

In case of erroneous shipments on our part, JUNO will proceed to resend the order, taking care of the shipping costs.

In case of defective products, JUNO will proceed to change the defective product, taking care of the shipping costs, provided that:

In case of arrival of the goods damaged by defects in transport, with blows or breaks manifest and visible, the customer must send an email to supportuk@JUNOgenetics.com from UK or supportspain@JUNOgenetics.com from EEA, and indicating the order number and attaching the photos in which the defect is displayed within 24 hours from receipt. In the event of non-compliance with these deadlines, JUNO reserves the right not to change the product.

Shipping costs will only be refundable in case of erroneous shipping or defective product.

11. Withdrawal and returns:

In case of withdrawal of the purchase and return by the customer, JUNO offers the customer a period of 14 calendar days since he or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods, to exercise his right to terminate the purchase contract, for no reason. Cancellations or withdrawals may be sent by email to supportuk@JUNOgenetics.com from UK or supportspain@JUNOgenetics.com from EEA, by informing you without delay by email of receipt of such withdrawal or by sending a written communication by post JUNO

There are exceptions to the return of branded items:

(a) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

The returned Product must be delivered in perfect condition, in its original packaging and provided with all its accessories, being able to withhold the refund until the goods have been received, or until proof of the return thereof has been presented, depending on which condition is met first.

You must contact us through our web form or by telephone at +44 203 743 1944 to arrange for the product to be collected at your home. You should send the product in the same package received by following the directions on the “RETURNS” section of this the Site.

If you do not wish to use either of the free return methods available, you will be responsible for the return costs. We suggest you use an established courier in such instances and select a recorded or guaranteed delivery service where available. Please bear in mind that if you wish to return the items to us freight collect/cash on delivery, we may charge you any costs incurred in such return.

We will refund all payments received, without undue delay and, in any case, with a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

We will collect the goods at the address where you indicate, or you must forward it to the Address indicated at the beginning of the section.

12. Buyer’s Obligations:

JUNO customer undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration or ordering forms, and to keep them updated at all times.

The customer undertakes to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions understanding that they contain the best possible willingness of service for the type of activity carried out by JUNO.

The customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address in which the requested order can be delivered within the usual delivery time of goods. In case of non-compliance by the customer of this obligation JUNO will have no responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer.

13. Security and confidentiality:

JUNO guarantees security and confidentiality in all your communications with your customers. All online payment transactions are performed through a secure server, based on the SSL standard that protects the data from attempted breach by third parties. The purchase process data is stored in a database designed for this purpose.

14. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction:

The sales made in JUNO are subject to United Kingdom Law.

If any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, will be aware of the matter, will be those provided for by the applicable legal legislation on competent jurisdiction, in which, in the case of consumers, the place of compliance with the obligation or that of the domicile of the buyer.

If the buyer is domiciled in the EEA, the courts will be the buyer’s domicile.

15. Alternative dispute resolution.

Although we are not currently adhered to any alternative dispute resolution platform, we inform you that in the event that there are discrepancies about a transaction carried out on the Site in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, you may urge the resolution of any dispute out of court through access to the electronic platform for online conflict resolution, whose electronic address is http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
